Academic Year Instructor

  • 2013-2014 Position: One or two Saturdays per month
  • Plan and implement enrichment sessions as part of the Academy’s Monthly Enrichment Program
  • Engage students in experiential, project-based curriculum

Academic Support Coordinator

  • 10-month, full-time position
  • provide regular academic support services to Willamette Academy students
  • serve as liaison to Academy families, teachers and school administrators
  • coordinate staff training, recruitment and management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in education, psychology, human development or other related field

Media and Design Assistant

  • Design and produce a series of printed materials for WA programs using InDesign or similar application
  • Work from anywhere, and at your own pace

      • Academic Mentor
      • Academic Support Program Assistant
      • Residential Assistant & Teaching Assistant
    • During the summer program (June 13 - July 18), staff may not have any other obligations

    Tutors

    • Work with Academy students at weekly study hall sessions
    • Help students improve their knowledge & proficiency
    • Paired with students that best match tutor’s abilities with student need
    • Work between two (2) and eight (8) hours each week, depending on student need and demand for each tutor’s academic specialization
