Facility Rental

Thank you for your interest. Located in the Pearl District, the Portland Center has two Classrooms equipped with full audio/visual capabilities and a Conference Room perfect for meetings.

Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms are available between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

Facility Rental Rates

  • Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classrooms are available between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • An additional $40 per hour fee will be added to weekday morning hours before 7:00am, weekdays after 5:00pm and all day on weekends
  • Rental fees listed on this webpage are for estimation purposes only. The reservation contract will detail the total cost of an event reservation

Classroom
(up to 30 capacity)

  • Corporate rate $90/hour (1-4 hours) or $575 full day (4 + hours)
  • Non profit rate: $50/hour (1-4 hours) or $300 full day (4 + hours)

Combined Classrooms
(30 to 60 capacity)

  • Corporate rate: $135/hour (1-4 hours) or $800 full day (4 + hours)
  • Non profit rate: $90/hour (1-4 hours) or $540 full day (4 + hours)
  • Classroom rates includes use of AV equipment including projector, DVD and Video player, full audio, wireless Internet, white board and markers
  • Seating arrangements and room configurations outside of the standard classroom U-shape are available.
  • Room configuration changes are assessed a one time $100 set up fee per day.
  • Please advise us when setup requires a specific room configuration that requires moving the tables and chairs from the standard U-shape

Conference Room

  • Corporate rate $50/hour (1-4 hours) or $300 full day (4 + hours)
  • Non profit rate: $30/hour (1-4 hours) or $180 full day (4 + hours)
Conference Room price includes use of white board and markers.

Set Up Fee

Room configuration changes are assessed a $100 set up fee per day.  A $200 set up fee will be applied to weekends.

The Portland Center Staff can assist with simple and generally known software and hardware technical questions. If you require a software/hardware technician to be on hand during your event, contact Portland Center Staff to prearrange for onsite day of assistance.

Beverage Service

$3/person (1-4 hours); $5/person (4 + hours)
  • Pepsi products (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sierra Mist, Sierra Mist Free, Lipton Lemon Tea), Coffee, Hot Tea and access to water cooler
  • The beverage price per person reflects unlimited access to these beverages
  • Alcohol is prohibited at all times
