Facility Reservations
Willamette University Departments Only - Information and Room Reservations for Non-Revenue Generating Activities
Thank you for your interest. Located in the Pearl District, the Portland Center has two Classrooms equipped with full audio/visual capabilities and a Conference Room perfect for meetings.
The hourly room rental fee is waived for Willamette University Departments utilizing the Portland Center for non-revenue generating activities. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms are available between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

Room rental fees are waived for Willamette Departments for University business non-revenue generating activities. An additional $40 per hour fee will be added to weekday morning hours before 7:00am, weekdays after 5:00pm and all day on weekends.. |

Equipment |
|
|
For other equipment needs visit the Willamette Integrated Technology Service (WITS) website for scheduling equipment available for checkout. The Portland Center Staff can assist with simple and generally known software and hardware technical questions. For specific equipment setup and questions about applications and troubleshooting contact WITS in advance of your event. If you require a software/hardware technician to be on hand during your event, contact WITS to arrange for assistance. |

Room Rearrangement / Special Set up |
$100/weekday & $200/weekend When an event requires a specific room configuration that requires moving the tables and chairs from the standard U-shape, a facilities service is available to move the furniture at the costs specified. Departments who choose to move the furniture using their own personnel are required to return the room back to its original state or they will be assessed the set up fee. Costs are passed directly to your department. Internal Willamette University account number required. |

Validated Parking |
$3/hour for first and second hours. $4/hour each additional hour, $15.00 daily maximum. Validated parking for the underground parking garage is available. A Portland Center staff member will stamp/validate the parking ticket. The cost of each individual parking ticket is based on the time-in and time-out as assessed by Parking Management Company (PMC) City Center Parking, Parking Lot 216. The direct costs for parking as assessed by PMC will be passed on to the department. Internal Willamette University account number required. |
