RECRUITMENT: Overview

Recruitment of MBA students begins in September and continues through the end of May.  For the best selection of candidates, the best time to recruit graduating MBA students is in the fall prior to their May graduation. Recruitment for first-year student summer interns usually starts in January.

Atkinson students can contribute significantly to your company through our professional summer internship program. Interns are available from mid-May to the end of August. The internship process allows your company to evaluate managerial skills and ability, communication and presentation skills, knowledge within an area of interest, and an individual's fit within your company. If desired, you will have the opportunity to hire the intern as a future full-time employee.
