The Professional Certificate in Career Management and Coaching is designed for professionals ready to explore opportunities and challenges critical to achieving career and organizational success.  You will energize and reinvent yourself through a process of reflection and personal development.  Your organization will immediately benefit from your ability to successfully impact performance by expertly managing yourself and applying these lessons to managing others

Throughout the program you will answer three key questions:

• How do you most effectively interact with others?
• In what environments do you work at your best?
• How are you empowered and motivated to work self-sufficently?

Facilitators, trainers and coaches will work closely with participants in uncovering key strengths in career management. Sessions include self-awareness, environmental assessment/understanding, leading and relationships, mentoring/coaching and the development of a career action plan.
