A Message From Our Director

Dear Colleagues,

In my time as the Director of the Executive Development Center, I have become convinced that sustainable performance in any organization relies on an integrated approach. It doesn’t matter if you work in the private, public, or not-for-profit sector; the principles of good management remain the same.

If we first see the whole system in which we operate, we collect better data that enables clearer decisions, ethical action, and greater results.

Managers of sustainable organizations approach profit, people and the planet as complementary parts of one unifying goal: the expansion of well-being for all. And when we have these things all working together, organizations and communities are truly prepared to ‘thrive into the future.
