Biography
Jerry is an executive coach and organizational consultant dedicated to helping executives develop as leaders, professionals transition their careers, and organizations navigate complex change. Jerry coaches leaders, facilitates leadership development programs; and trains teams on collaboration, high performance, and powerful communication. His clients value his business perspective, courageous approach, and developmental focus. Clientele include OHSU, Nike, Northwest Public Power Association, TriQuint Semiconductors, and Bonneville Power Administration. Jerry earned MBA and BS Engineering degrees from Cornell University; is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is certified in Organization Development by NTL Institute. Jerry previously held management positions at Hewlett Packard in strategic consulting, business development, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. He delivers public talks and workshops, and serves as an Adjunct Professor with Willamette University's Executive Development Center.
