Biography
Jerry is an executive coach and organization consultant committed to serving corporate and public sector leaders. He helps leaders achieve dramatic results in the areas of career transitions and promotions, dealing with performance issues, building effective teams, rebuilding relationships, improving communication, overcoming blind spots, and increasing their personal power. His clients value his business perspective, courageous approach, and developmental focus.
Jerry earned MBA and BS Engineering degrees from Cornell University; is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Newfield Network coaching graduate, an is certified in Organization Development by NTL Institute. He is qualified to deliver the Hogan Leadership Assessment, Meyer-Briggs Type Inventory, PDI Profiler 360, and Strengths Finder instruments. Jerry's practice includes coaching, consulting, training, and delivering public workshops and talks. He serves on the faculty of the Pacific Program for public sector leaders, and as an Adjunct Professor with Willamette University’s Executive Development Center.
