Lodging and Directions to our Portland Center

The Utility Management Program offers discounted rates at hotels that are within walking distance of our Portland campus. We are pleased to work with local hotels and offer our discounted rate for our 2013 session.

Lodging Information

For those traveling from out of town, the Willamette University Executive Development Center has a preferred rate of $139 per night plus tax (14.5%)  at the Marriott Portland City Center, approximately 5 blocks from the Portland Center. Parking is available at reduced rates of $22.00 overnight or $16.00 per day.

PORTLAND MARRIOTT CITY CENTER SEPTEMBER WEEK: The Standard Deluxe rate of $139 per night is available for check-in in no earlier than Sunday, September 22, 2013 and check-out no later than Friday, September 27, 2013. Parking Information

Parking is available for program participants not staying at a hotel. The parking garage located under the Brewery Blocks (City Center Parking). The garage has two entrances: NW 12th and NW 13th Avenues, between Couch & Davis. Both entrances are connected to the same parking facilities. Tip: If you enter the garage through the entrance on 12th, after you pass the booth/gate, turn right and go straight ahead all the way to the end and you will see an elevator on your right. That elevator takes you directly to 1120 NW Couch.

Parking Garage Hours (13th Ave Entrance)

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Parking Garage Hours (12th Ave Entrance - BB4)

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The NW 12th Ave. garage entrance closes daily at 10 p.m. The only after hours exit is through the NW 13th Ave. entrance.
