"Effective scaling requires a strategy that combines business process integration with information technology."
Message
Any organization, regardless of mission, ultimately strives to be operationally efficient. Enterprise Resource Planning allows organizations to efficiently deliver on its mission using scarce resources to maximize impact.
Too many organizations focus on the mission without thinking about the underlying processes which contribute to the mission success. Often times, by improving on its business processes by effectively integrating with IT, an organization can become more effective in its mission, regardless of its specific goal or sector. Enterprise Architecture Management deals with the effective management of an organization's business processes through the use of technology. Specifically, how to standardize and integrate complex business processes into business requirements and then streamline these requirements with the use of technology.
