THE FORUM: Faculty Accomplishments

Fred Thompson, Professor of Public Management and Policy Analysis, has been appointed to the United Nations Development Program Blue Ribbon Commission on Macedonia.

Lisbeth Claus, Professor of Global Human Resource Management, is awarded the United Methodist Award for Exemplary Teaching and Service.

Michael Hand, Professor of Applied Statistics and Information Systems, Elliot Maltz, Professor of Marketing, and Kenneth Murphy, Professor of Information Systems are awarded a Hewlett-Packard Grant for the project: Joint Teaching and Research Initiative in Data Mining, Organization and Business Analytics.

Steven Maser, Professor of Public Management and Public Policy, is appointed as Director of the Executive Development Center at the Atkinson Graduate School.

Debra Ringold, Professor of Marketing, assumes the role of Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the 36,000 member American Marketing Association.
