Early Career MBA: Second Year Curriculum

Second year courses help students build their portfolio of experience, increase their understanding of general management, and develop in-depth knowledge in their individual career areas of interest.

Required second year courses include "Governance in a Global Environment," "Strategic Management," "PACE: Leading Ethical and Sustainable Organizations," and Concentration Experiential Electives.

A sample of elective experiences that emphasize "learning by doing" includes: Internships, class projects, consulting for organizations, analyzing industries, data mining, the Student Investment Fund, case studies, simulations, and the New Ventures to Launch.
