Knowledge and Professional Growth - The curriculum develops a strong background in the principles of management, in-depth knowledge in one or more areas of interest, a respected enterprise-wide view of decision making, and the professional tools of career management.

Teachers and Mentors - Willamette faculty are excellent teachers and mentors who stress the practical application of management theory to real decisions. Their impressive educational credentials combine with their accomplishments as managers, researchers and consultants to add value to the educational experience. Students also have the opportunity to participate in networking and mentorship opportunities with alumni and managers throughout the region.

Career Services - Career services help students develop the strategic career management skills they need to identify their career interests, research opportunities, network with potential employers, and obtain internships and post-graduation employment.
