Early Career MBA: MBA/Certificate in Dispute Resolution

The MBA/CDR program combines the resources of the Willamette MBA program with the College of Law Certificate for Dispute Resolution. The Willamette CDR is nationally recognized as one of the nation's finest programs in dispute resolution and emphasizes the theory and practice of negotiation, mediation, arbitration and other appropriate, alternative methods of resolving disputes.

Each year, up to four first-year students may be selected for the MBA/CDR combined program. Interested students apply to the CDR program during their first semester of MBA study at the Atkinson School.

Students admitted to the program complete the core and elective curriculum of the Early Career MBA program and a designated series of CDR courses. The program can be completed in 21 months.
