PACE III: Leading Ethics and Sustainable Organizations

Willamette MBA students learn first hand about managers as ethical decision-makers and organizational systems that encourage ethical behavior through PACE III: Leading Ethical and Sustainable Organizations and The Oregon Ethics in Business Awards. As part of their course, students research and interview nominees and all relevant stakeholders of the nominees for awards. These activities provide an unparalleled opportunity to network with the people and leaders who play an important role in the region.

The Oregon Ethics in Business Awards honor organizations and individuals who have demonstrated ethical business practice in its broadest interpretation: in the workplace, the marketplace, the environment, and the community. The recipients of these awards have gone beyond the expected to achieve excellence in ethical business practices.
