This three day workshop prepares you for the GPHR Certification Exam. The preparation course provides HR professionals with the tools needed to help you assess your competency level in international HR knowledge. Even if you are not taking the exam, you can refresh your skills in areas you may not be currently practicing. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) developed the course material, as well as the SHRM Global Learning System™, to help candidates to prepare for testing. The GPHR certification exam assesses knowledge in strategic HR management, organizational effectiveness and employee development, global staffing, international assignment management, global compensation and benefits and international employee relations and regulations.
The SHRM Global Learning System™ is a comprehensive test preparation system for the GPHR exam and a reference tool for HR professionals with global responsibilities. The materials have been developed by a team of global HR experts and uses a blend of educational media (books, CD-ROM, web-casts, online sample tests) to offer an integrated, interactive learning experience. The cost of the Global Learning System™ is included in the fee.
