Professor Earns Public Management Distinction
Fred Thompson, Grace and Elmer Goudy Professor of Public Management and Policy Analysis, has been named a Fellow to the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). A leading scholar and researcher on public administration topics, Thompson has served nationally and internationally on research projects and has been published in leading public sector journals.
The National Association of Public Administration names Fellows after a rigorous review process. Fellows bring a tremendous amount of expertise and experience to the organization, which in turn provides guidance to public sector mangers on emerging issues and challenges to government organizations.
Thompson will be formally inducted as a NAPA Fellow at their annual meeting in November.
