* Brad Gevurtz is the Head of Investment Banking for D.A. Davidson & Co., a 75-year-old, full-service investment banking and brokerage firm.

* Stephen Babson is a Managing Director of Endeavour Capital. Stephen's focus is the food and consumer, marine transportation and business services components of Endeavour's investment portfolio and strategy.

* Barak Ravid leads the Western Area Business Due Diligence practice in San Francisco, having previously co-founded BDD's London and New York teams.

* Robert (Bob) J. Moorman practices in Stoel Rives Corporate, Securities and Finance Section. He advises clients on the sale and acquisition of businesses, including on director fiduciary duty issues, corporate governance, and general securities law compliance.

* Kevin Newman is an Integration Director in Microsoft's Merger & Acquisition Practice. Microsoft operates an active M&A engine, executing over 20 transactions per year with deals ranging from small private firms to large public companies.

* Paul F. Hartzell is Senior Vice President of DataSite Services for Merrill Corporation. Paul returned to Merrill to launch Merrill's DataSite in November 2001. Since then, Merrill DataSite has hosted more than 13,000 on-line due diligence projects with more than 250 million pages of information with revenue in excess of $85,000,000 in 2009.
