Understanding and Expanding Performance and Well Being in Organizations and Communities With the increasing uncertainty that today’s organizations are facing, understanding how accomplishment and sustainable performance occurs is more important than ever. Sadly, those that have the greatest impact in organizational decision making often don’t understand how work really gets done inside their own institutions, resulting in policy and procedures that work against optimal results. Increasingly performance seems to be measured only in terms of cost efficiency with little attention paid to the potential and capacity of the human social system. In addition, many people working in today’s institutions and organizations experience an environment that is less and less conducive to human creativity and contribution. There is a growing awareness among organizational leaders and practitioners alike that this is not a sustainable model and will continue to erode social and economic wellbeing lowering overall competitiveness. This 4 day practitioner training and certification program is designed in a retreat format, held at the Rex Ranch Conference Center outside of Tucson, AZ.
