REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Program Fee - $2500* per participant. This fee includes lodging and all meals from Monday dinner through Friday lunch. We will begin the meeting with dinner on Monday, February 1, and end with lunch on Friday, February 5th. Participants will not need to make separate reservations with the facility unless you wish to extend your visit before or after the program.
*Important note. For those that choose to complete the certification process an additional $500 fee will be applied at the time of registration.
