Utility Management Certificate Program: Lodging

The Utility Management Program offers discounted rates at hotels that are within walking distance of our Portland campus. We are pleased to work with the following hotel and offer discounted rates for 2011 session.

This hotel has offered us a great rate of $129.00+ tax per night (single, or double occupancy) for a non smoking room for our September session. The October session rates are $119.00 + tax per night (single or double occupancy).

This special rate includes: Valet parking at $15.00 per night,free internet, complimentary coffee and tea, and nightly wine receptions in the lobby. We are holding a block of rooms for each of our September and October sessions. October lodging reservations are due by September 26, 2011.

Click “Continue. ”The hotel will display your contracted Group Rate. In the event your Group Rate does not display it is possible your travel dates are outside of the contracted Group Negotiated Rates and Dates. Parking Information

Validated parking is available for program participants not staying at a hotel. Staff at Willamette University's Portland Center will stamp your ticket from the parking garage located under the Brewery Blocks (City Center Parking). The garage has two entrances: NW 12th and NW 13th Avenues, between Couch & Davis. Both entrances are connected to the same parking facilities. Tip: If you enter the garage through the entrance on 12th, after you pass the booth/gate, turn right and go straight ahead all the way to the end and you will see an elevator on your right. That elevator takes you directly to 1120 NW Couch.

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Parking Garage Hours ( 12th Ave Entrance – BB4)

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The NW 12th Ave. garage entrance closes daily at 10 p.m. The only after hours exit is through the NW 13th Ave. entrance.
