Utility Management Certificate Program: Lodging

The Utility Management Program offers discounted rates at hotels that are within walking distance of our Portland campus. We are pleased to offer rates at the following hotels:

This rate is only available by calling the hotel directly and asking for the Willamette University Utility program rate.This rate is offered for both of our sessions in September and October.

The hotel is offering us a rate for September of $129.00 + tax for a standard queen room, and $139 for King room + tax. This rate is available if you book by August 10. More rooms have been added for your choice in rates, book early. For October, the rate is $125 + tax for a standard queen room.This rate is available if you book by September 7.You must contact the hotel directly and ask for the WU-Utility Management Program rate.

Parking Information

Validated parking is available for program participants not staying at a hotel. Staff at Willamette University's Portland Center will stamp your ticket from the parking garage located under the Brewery Blocks (City Center Parking). The garage has two entrances: NW 12th and NW 13th Avenues, between Couch & Davis. Both entrances are connected to the same parking facilities. Tip: If you enter the garage through the entrance on 12th, after you pass the booth/gate, turn right and go straight ahead all the way to the end and you will see an elevator on your right. That elevator takes you directly to 1120 NW Couch.

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Parking Garage Hours ( 12th Ave Entrance – BB4)

• Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The NW 12th Ave. garage entrance closes daily at 10 p.m. The only after hours exit is through the NW 13th Ave. entrance.
