Bernasek emerges as go-to lawyer for Oregon agriculture

Portland attorney Tim Bernasek '93, MBA/JD'98 has received some recent press for his efforts around agricultural law and policy. Capital Press recently published a profile highlighting Bernasek's work in a complicated case dealing with genetically engineered crops.

Bernasek was also on campus recently -- he's a member of the Willamette University Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Rob Patridge '90, JD'93 to head OLCC

Patridge, former Oregon State Representative, has been appointed by Gov. John Kitzhaber to head the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. In a September press release, Kitzhaber cited Patridge's experience and ability to "bring all interested parties together to find common solutions."
