The court at Cone Field House is named after retired Willamette men’s basketball Head Coach Gordie James. He also earned a 340-129 (.725) record in 22 years at the high school
level, giving him a combined record of 697-359 (.660). The refurbished court was dedicated on Nov. 20, 2010.
