1. Alcohol

It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into McCulloch Stadium.

2. Banners and Signs

Only those approved by the Willamette University Athletic Department, its vendors and advertising contracts, and consistent with Northwest Conference and NCAA policies are allowed.  Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazard.  Willamette University reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any banner or sign for any reason.

3. Code of Conduct

All McCulloch Stadium guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Willamette University has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate fan behavior during all events.  Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management or appropriate representatives of Willamette University, can result in ejection and/or referral to Campus Safety or local law enforcement.  Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Smoking inside stadium premises
  • Standing in seats or aisle ways
  • Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight
  • Entering the field of play without authorization
  • Throwing, kicking, or discharging any object within the facility or onto the field
  • Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures toward or in reference to players, coaches, officials, fans, performers, or other staff members

4. Diaper Changing Stations

A single station for diaper changing is available in the Women’s Restroom at the north end of the stadium seating.

5. Entrance

Stadium gates open 90 minutes before kick-off.

6. Field Access

Stadium guests are not permitted to access the playing field at any time during the event.  Only guests with proper credentials will be allowed on the field.  Anyone entering the field without proper credentials is subject to removal from the stadium and/or referral to Campus Safety or local law enforcement.

7. Handicapped Parking

There are 3 permanent and 5 temporary spaces available in the parking lot at the North end of Bush Park along Mission Street.  Vehicles displaying a valid handicapped credential may park in any available spaces on a first-come basis.  For most games, a golf cart shuttle is available for guests who need extra assistance.

8. Lost and Found

During the game, fans can check with the staff at the main ticket booth.  All other lost and found inquiries should be directed to the Willamette Department of Athletics (503-370-6420) or Department of Campus Safety (503-370-6911).

9. Prohibited Items

Willamette University is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events.  Items not permitted into the stadium include, but are not limited to:

  • Firearms or weapons of any kind (e.g. firearms, knives, stun guns, slingshots, etc.)
  • Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
  • Air horns, whistles, or any other artificial noisemakers (thunder sticks, cow bells, horns)
  • Illegal drugs or chemicals
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service dogs)
  • Ice chests or large coolers

10. Parking / Tailgating

Only game personnel are allowed to park inside the main gate of McCulloch Stadium.  All other parking is available in the adjacent parking lots and neighborhoods.  The lots surrounding the stadium are controlled by the City of Salem and are subject to their policies and ordinances.

11. Restrooms

Restrooms are located at the North end of the stadium seating behind the concession stand.

12. Tickets

Tickets are sold the day of the game, starting no later than 90 minutes before kick-off.  Both ticket sales and will call are located just outside the main gate to McCulloch Stadium.  Season tickets are available for sale by contacting the Willamette Department of Athletics (503-370-6420) or may also be purchased at the game.

13. Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted within McCulloch Stadium.  For the courtesy and safety of all guests, we ask that umbrellas are not raised while you are in the seating area.  Umbrellas may be raised in concourse areas only.

14. Wheelchair Access

Primary wheelchair seating is available on the patio at the North end of the stadium seating.  Folding chairs are available for those persons accompanying someone in a wheelchair.  The elevator to access that level is located in the vestibule just outside the Men’s Restroom.  Please contact a member of the game management staff if you need additional assistance.
