Willamette University and Bearcat Athletics are excited to announce a significant renovation of the Sparks Athletic Center. The $6.5 million renovation will include an expanded fitness center, a new sports medicine center, additional classroom and activity spaces, and updated locker rooms and team rooms. The renovation of the Sparks Athletic Center will require the temporary closure of several spaces within the building.  A number of these spaces - including the fitness center - will be temporarily relocated later this summer.

Current Status

Wednesday, May 15
Temporary construction fencing and walls are being constructed this week. The primary entrance to the Sparks Athletic Center will be moved to the east side of the lobby. Parking and building access may be temporarily impacted.
