Hagen named NWC Hitter of the Week

Willamette's Marcie Hagen (Jr., Marysville-Pilchuck HS, Wash.) was named Northwest Conference Hitter of the Week in softball on Monday after helping Willamette sweep Puget Sound on Saturday.

Hagen, a third baseman, went 5 for 7 at the plate with two runs scored and two RBI in the two games.

Hagen is leading the Bearcats in batting (.443), on-base percentage (.534), runs (19), hits (27), doubles (8), total bases (39), walks (12) and stolen bases (13).
