Bearcat Volleyball Serves Up a Win Against the Knights of Warner Pacific

The Bearcats won in 4 games, 30-28; 30-24; 17-30; 30-23.

Kristin Halleck (pictured left) was on fire after rebounding from the flu last week to walk away with 19 kills, 44 total attempts. Angie Sammons came away with 16 kills and Jenni Linden had 12 for the night.

The Bearcats did not walk away easy. The Knights’ setter Rebekah Patton was the smartest setter they have seen at home this season. With 4 kills and 12 total attempts she was not to be underestimated. Leading the Knights with 23 kills was Joel’ene Bogle, who had 46 total attempts overall.

The Bearcats dropped the third game in what was simply a game of errors. The fourth game saw them regain focus bring their overall record to 10-4 (2-2 NWC).

The next game for Bearcat Volleyball is Friday, October 3 at Sparks Gymnasium in the Cone Field House at 7PM.
