Bearcats Finish Fourth in Redlands Tournament; Lose Third Place Game to Chapman, 82-77
Despite 19 points from Henry Greeley, the Willamette University men’s basketball team dropped an 82-77 decision to Chapman in the third place game at the Lee Fulmer Tournament at Redlands Saturday night.
Greeley hit seven of ten shots from the field, including five three-pointers, to pace the Bearcats with his career high. Ryan Rahlfs added 14 points and Harold Sublett Jr. had 11 points and a team-high three assists.
Brennan Garrelts, back from a broken hand suffered in the pre-season, paced the Bearcats with five rebounds.
Chapman shot better than 50% from the field, a night after losing a triple overtime thriller to host Redlands, 154-153. They had a 37-31 lead at halftime.
