Women's Tennis Shuts Down Whitworth Pirates 9-0

SALEM, OR- The Willamette University women’s tennis team dominated the courts as the Bearcats defeated Whitworth College 9-0 Monday afternoon. Willamette raised its record to 7-4 overall and 4-4 in the Northwest Conference. The Pirates lowered to 6-7 overall and 3-5 NWC.

The Bearcats swept the entire doubles and singles matches, totaling in only two losses for the day.

Willamette travels next to George Fox for an April 7th match starting at 3:30pm.
