SALEM, ORE. -- The Willamette University football season gets underway on Saturday, Sept. 5 with a road game at Concordia College-Moorhead in Minnesota -- catch the Live Webcast starting at 10:45 a.m. (PDT). Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. Mike Allegre and Craig Spivey of Full Access Sports will provide play-by-play and commentary as the Bearcats battle the Cobbers.
Willamette, 10-0 in the regular season and 11-1 overall a year ago, enters the 2009 season ranked #8 in the D3Football.com Preseason Top 25. Concordia-Moorhead was 6-4 in 2008, including a 35-21 loss to the Bearcats in the season opener.
