NEWBERG, ORE. -- Due to the weather, Willamette University and George Fox University have switched the dates for this weekend's doubleheader and single game in the teams' three-game Northwest Conference series. The single game will now be played on Saturday, March 19, starting at 2 p.m. (PDT). The doubleheader will be played on Sunday, March 20, with the first of two games set to begin at 12 p.m.

The Bearcats and Bruins were originally scheduled to play a doubleheader on Saturday, followed by a single game on Sunday. The revised schedule will provide additional time to prepare the field prior to the start of the series on Saturday.

Willamette enters the weekend with an 8-6 overall record, including 3-3 in the Northwest Conference. George Fox is 11-5 on the season, 2-4 in the NWC.
