Meet managment reserves the right to cancel events if there is not sufficient interest from NCAA DIII institutions.

Location

McCulloch Stadium, I-5 Exit #253, head west on Mission St.

Entry Information

• entry deadline:  Sunday, May 11th, 5:00 p.m.
• ALL entries must be done at www.directathletics.com. 
• scratch deadline: Tuesday, May 12th
• Final scratches due via email by 12:00 Noon.  There will be NO day of meet additions/changes.
• ENTRY FEE:  $20 per individual, max $150 per gender ($300 for Men and Women)

Facilities

• Both Hammer events will be contested in Salem behind the Math Learning Center at 1850 Oxford SE [DIRECTIONS]
• Our facility is an 8-lane rekortan surface.  We allow 1/4 inch spikes maximum for all running events, long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault and javelin.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Field events 

• Clerking will take place begining 1 hour prior to all field events at the event site. 
• Three attempts, top nine to finals
• All efforts will be measured

Running events

• Report to clerking area at Northwest corner of the track shed at least 30 minutes before your event.  NOTE: If necessary, we will reseed events based on declared entries 30 minutes prior to each running event.  Please make sure your athletes are checked in by that time or THEY WILL BE SCRATCHED!
• Heats/lane assignments determined by entry (verifiable) times.
• Athletes must run in assigned lanes/heats.

Dressing Facilities

Available only at Sparks Center on Willamette’s main campus (2 blocks away).  Visiting athletes must provide their own towels.  Stadium locker room is off-limits to visiting teams.

Training Room/Trainers

Available at McCulloch Stadium 90 minutes prior to start of events.

Results

• Will be posted on back wall near south end of stands as they become official.
• Live results updated after each event is final will be posted HERE

Weigh-ins

All weigh-ins will be at McCulloch Stadium in track shed at south end near finish line from 2:00-4:00pm. Hammer weight-in's will take place from 2:00-2:45pm ONLY so the implements can be delivered to the throwing area in a timley manner.
