Track & Field Officials

Hosting a track & field meet is a monumental task that is made easier with good officials. Everyone in our program and everyone who comes to our meets appreciate the time that our officials put in. We hope that you can find time in your schedule this year to come out and help officiate.

Our home meets are listed below. If you are interested in officiating please fill out the officials registration form. Questions can be directed to Christopher Sabato.

March 3 – Willamette Opener

The Willamette Opener is our first meet of the year. It is typically a small but full schedule meet so we can use all the help we can get.

March 15 – Corban University Dual

The Corban Univeristy Dual is a small limited schedule meet held the Thursday before the Oregon Preview. Having the meet on Thursday allows athletes who cannot compete in Eugene an opportunity to compete.

March 30-31 – The Willamette Invitational

The Willamette Invitational is our biggest meet bringing in over a 1000 athletes each year. The Hammer and Pole Vault are contested on Friday evening as well as the Celebration of Distance (1,500m thru 10,000m). The remainder of the events are contested on Saturday.

May 12 – West Coast Invitational

The West Coast Invitational is a small but competitive meet. The schedule and field sizes may be limited.
