This group presentation will cover such areas as the Buddhist belief and
practice, everyday life, identity construction, and music-philosophy in the
interaction of Chinese and Japanese cultures as part of the Silk Road cultural
interaction and migration. The presentation is based on the trip to China and
Japan in the summer 2009, and is part of the curriculum reconstruction in
Asian Studies.
