Student Awards for Summer Project

These projects may include things like participation in Summer Intensive Language programs at reputable institutions either in Asia or the US, participation in Asian or Asian-American student conferences, etc.  (up to four awards of $3,000):

Students will be expected to make a campus presentation, perhaps at SSRD, on the results of their projects and their written reports will be archived or published at the Center's discretion. No credit will be transferred.

A completed application consists of:

  1. The Application Form
  2. Your project proposal
  3. A current transcript (unofficial is fine).
  4. The Sponsor Recommendation Form needs to be submitted separately.
Applications are due by February 17, 2014
