OPPMA Work Session

Location: Putnam University Center, Alumni Lounge (on the campus of Willamette University)
Cost: FREE (No-Host Lunch)

Goals:

  1. Share accomplishments of Steering Committee
    1. Goals (please see more information about mission and goals below)
    2. Activities/ Work Groups based on goals
  2. Small group discussion for clarification of goals
  3. Participants will “sign-up” to work on specific activities

Agenda:

  • 8:30 - 9:00 am - Coffee/Tea and Pastries
  • 9:00 - 9:10 am - Welcome and Introductions
  • 9:10 - 9:30 am - Share Steering Committee process and outcomes
  • 9:30 - 9:40 am – Break – after dividing into four smaller groups
  • 9:40 -10:00 am - Goal Q&A Session #1
    (Rotating discussion of EACH goal would be led by the same people during EACH 20 minute session. Groups would be about 15 participants.)
  • 10:05 - 10:25 am - Goal Q&A Session #2
  • 10:30 - 10:50 am - Goal Q&A Session #3
  • 10:55 - 11:15 am - Goal Q&A Session #4
  • 11:20 - 11:55 am - Re-cap and select Goal Committee
  • 12:00 - 1:15 pm - Lunch with Goal Committee members - unstructured - just get to know each other
  • 1:15 - 1:30 pm - Direction and Outcomes desired from afternoon breakout sessions
  • 1:30 - 2:40 pm - Produce product
    (sub-group information - with two co-chairs and prefer 3 "members" for each project or committee)
  • 2:45 - 3:30 pm - Wrap-up and adjournment
