On smaller monitors, while using the data query
system, you may wish and be able to reset your monitor to 1024x768 resolution by
doing the following:
right click on your Windows Desktop
from the menu, select 'Properties'
select the 'Settings' tab
in the 'Screen Area' box, first make note of
the current setting (for example, 800x600). Then drag the pointer to
the right (towards 'more') to select '1024x768' (if your monitor does not
have this capability, this will not be possible)
click 'OK'. A box will appear to confirm
your choice, click 'OK' again.
your monitor should now be resized --
everything on your screen will appear smaller, but more items will fit on
your screen.
To return your monitor to it's original setting,
repeat these steps, dragging the 'Screen Area' pointer to the left (towards
'less') to return it to it's original setting.
