She has been a debate coach since 2011 and is the founder and chief coach of English debate Association in HUC. In 2012, the Sixteenth FLTRP Cup, her team won the third place.

She served as adjudicator in FLTRP 2009, and IDEA-BFSU 2009.

    CHEN Xiangjing 陈向京, co-leader from Shaanxi province,is a professor of linguistics and vice dean of School of Foreign Studies of Xi’an Jiaotong University in Shaanxi, China. Professor Chen has been actively involved in debate teaching and promotion in China since 2002. She served as host and co-organizer of 3 international debate tournaments funded by IDEA in 2007, 2009 and 2010 respectively. She has also served as a debate trainer and adjudicator in the past 10 years. She teaches courses on Art of Public Speaking and Translation at her home university.

She started her parliamentary debate life in 2004 and became top debater in 2005 "FLTRP" cup. She founded the English debating team in both Xidian University and Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. She has served in various roles in different debating activities both home and abroad, ranging from coach, adjudicator to trainer, and convener.

    Li Chaoyuan 李朝渊, partner on-leave from Shaanxi province, is a Lecturer of translation at Xi’an International Studies University in Xi’an, China. She has been actively involved in debate since 2003 and has taken various roles in debate, ranging from debater, adjudicator, to convener, trainer and instructor. She is the founder and chief coach of XISU-English Debate Society in 2006. Debate trips to Australia and the United States with crosscultural experiences alike continue inspiring her in teaching and learning.

He was invited to act as an adjudicator in 2012, 16th FLTRP Cup national English Debating Competition.

He has been a debate coach since 2008 and is the founder of English Debate Association of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. In 2008, the thirteenth FLTRP Cup national English Debating Competition, his team won the second runner-up place. He was invited to act as independent adjudicator in the 16th FLTRP Cup national English Debating Competition and awarded as excellent adjudicator by adjudication core.

Now she is the chief coach of The English Public Speaking and Debating Team in her university.

    Xu Min 徐敏, a co-leader in Hubei province, teaches English interpreting courses at Hubei University of Economics. She has been the chief coach of English Public Speaking and Debate team in HBUE since 2006 and has hosted the 1st and 2nd “Canglong Cup” tournament of BP debate in Hubei province in 2008 and 2011 respectively.

    Now she teaches English and Public Speaking, Chinese-English Interpreting Courses at Hubei University of Economics. She has remained active in the debate community, coaching and training debate, attending many tournaments and debate competitions with her teams all over the country.
