Dr. Lihui Yang, Professor of Folklore, Beijing Normal University

Dr. Deming An, Researcher of Folk Literature, China Academy of Social Sciences

Both Drs. An and Yang are currently visiting scholars at Harvard-Yenching Institute, Harvard University, and have participated in serval national and local projects in tangible and intangible cultural heritage proection in China.

This event is co-sponsored by the Department of Religious Studies, Department of Anthropology, Department of Japanese and Chinese, and the Center for Asian Studies.
