- Google : Anita Borg scholarship. Awards for women who are undergraduate CS majors graduating in 2012; others for women who are enrolled in graduate programs in CS 2011-2012. (deadline: 2/1/11)

- NPSC: National Physical Science Consortium "graduate fellowships in the physical sciences". Includes computer science, attemps to "recruit a broad pool of applicants with special emphasis on underrepresented minorities and women". (deadline: November 30th each year)
- GEM : National consortium for graduate degrees for minorities in engineering and science. For US citizens who belong to an underrepresented minority group. Must use fellowship at one of their member universities. (deadline: November 15th each year)
- DoD : Department of Defense "Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) defense scholarship program", must be US citizen. (deadline: unclear)
- Hertz : Hertz foundation graduate fellowship awards. (deadline: 11/1/10)
- DoD : Department of Defense "National defense science and engineering graduate fellowship". (deadline: 12/17/10)
- DOE : Department of Energy "Computational science graduate fellowship", must be US citizen or permanent resident. (deadline: 1/11/11)
