FLTRP Cup and Debate Training
May 15-22, 2010IDEA is once again partnering with the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press to lead an American Parliamentary Debate training May 15-17th at the FLTRP facilities.
The training is part of the FLTRP Cup, to be held in Beijing May 15-22. Up to 130 teams from universities across China participate in this prestigious tournament, which is sponsored in part by IDEA. The trainers will train debaters in British Parliamentary Debate style.
Prizes given by IDEA for this event include entries to the proposed IDEA Debate and Advocacy Institute, as well as four entries to the Mark O. Hatfield Debate Tournament at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon USA.
