Chuck Dunn is a Professor of Mathematics at Linfield College, serving as Chair of Mathematics since 2014. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from Arizona State University, his M.S. in mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his B.A. in mathematics and music from Lewis and Clark College.
He has been a mentor for five summers of REU projects in graph theory leading to co-authored publications with nine students. All together he has worked with nearly thirty students on original undergraduate research.
Beyond his interests in mathematics, Chuck is a trombone player and a runner.
