B.S. in Sports Biology from Springfield College in 2001, his M.A. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2003, and is currently A.B.D in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Physiology at the University of Maryland
My research interests include cardiovascular disease prevention, vascular and metabolic changes with exercise and exercise training, and the genetic aspects of individual response to exercise training. My current line of research investigates the mechanism of cardiovascular disease prevention through increase regular physical activity. I am specifically focusing on novel risk factors including hemostatic imbalance, vascular function, and endothelial progenitor cells.
