Maria Delgado

A native of Spain, Professor Delgado received her BA from San Diego State University and her MA from Sacramento State University. She received her Ph.D from Universidad Española de Educación a Distancia (Madrid, Spain.) Her research is in the field of computer based foreign language acquisition. She is ACTFL certified tester for Spanish oral proficiency evaluation.
