Individual & Co-presenter Application Form

This form is for individuals or co-presenters that wish to partake in the same presentation.  If you wish to apply for the same panel as other presenters (as a group of presenters), please fill out the panel application form.

A copy of this application will be emailed to both you and your faculty sponsor. It is the student's responsibility to contact the faculty sponsor for support or guidance of the presentation.
