Professor of Politics Like World Views students, Greg Felker is an enthusiastic newcomer to Willamette University. He received his B.A. in Politics and Economics in 1988 from Boston University. He received a Master of Public & International Affairs (M.P.A.) in 1992 and a Ph.D. in 1998 from Princeton University. Prof. Felker served on the faculty of the Division of Social Science at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology until 2004, and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Maryland (2002-2003) and Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand; 2005). His current research and writing interests include the political economy of development and globalization in Asia, the politics of regionalism, and the role of science & technology in social change and international affairs. Prof. Felker will teach in the areas of International Relations, Comparative Politics, and Asian Studies at Willamette. |
