Bronze Level
- Basic knowledge of parts and functions of a bicycle
- Must abide by all rules of the shop
- May assist shop staff on all repairs
- May perform tube replacements and patch tires
Silver Level
- Intermediate knowledge of parts and functions of a bicycle
- All bronze-level responsibilities
- May perform cable replacements, brake adjustments, derailleur adjustments
Gold Level
- All silver-level responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of parts and functions of a bicycle
- May oversee Bronze level volunteer
- May perform any and all repairs of a paid staff
