Directions for usage:

  3. Fill out the form as completely as possible.
  4. Save the file with a different name such as "myadoptions-10-18-06"
  5. Print out the form and send it to: Melinda Hochendoner, The Willamette Store
  6. E-mail the attachment to textbooks@willamette.edu

Timely textbook orders allow us to actively pursue any publisher supply problems problems.

Also, we can offer a fair return to students at our used book buyback only if we have textbook orders on file.
