JoAnne Hill is in her 16th year of working in disabilities at the post-secondary level, with 15 years’ prior experience in K-12 public and private schools. She has two graduate degrees: an M.A in Special Education (Cognitive, Severe and Profound, Affective), and an M.A. in Gifted Education. She authored The Policy Book: Guidance for Disability Service Providers, has written short articles in professional publications, and given many public presentations on the topic of disability services.
