Gordy Toyama

Gordy Toyama begins his 7th year at Willamette University as the Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) and is committed to social justice and diversity work.  The role of the OMA is to provide support and advocate for students whose community is defined by their racial, ethnic, cultural or sexual identities. He earned his M.Ed in College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University.  He also serves on several academic committees.  In 2008 he was selected Advisor of the Year for student organization and Administrative Employee of the Year.
