Pilates' precise movements are designed to stretch and strengthen without adding bulk. These mat and apparatus exercises increase flexibility and coordination while strengthening the core muscles; focusing on the whole body rather than on body parts. The workout is both relaxing and revitalizing. This 45 minute class features a method of exercise works for everyone, regardless of age or condition.
