Pilates/Core Fusion

Description: Pilates' precise movements are designed to stretch and strengthen without adding bulk. These mat and apparatus exercises increase flexibility and coordination while strengthening the core muscles; focusing on the whole body rather than on body parts.  The workout is both relaxing and revitalizing.  This 45 minute class features a method of exercise works for everyone, regardless of age or condition. What to bring to class: yoga mat recommended for each class. Don't have one? Check one out for free at the Outdoor Program office in Montag!
